The Space Coast Rocket Jockeys is a co-ed competitive roller derby league created in September 2011, located in Melbourne, FL and active in Palm Bay & Brevard County.
We are currently recruiting men and women 18 or older.

The teams in SCRJ are the The Space Coast Rocket Jockeys, and all-female team, The Space Coast Skunk Apes, an all-male team, and the Space Coast Endeavours, a Co-Ed team. SCRJs are currently recruiting men and women of all shapes and sizes from Melbourne, Palm Bay, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, Cape Canaveral, Viera, Indialantic, Rockledge and anywhere else in Brevard County. We will teach you all you need to know to play and can provide you with loaner gear, so come check us out.

This flowing Vinyasa style class promotes and enhances balance, flexibility, strength, agility, relaxation, and clarity of mind. Suitable for students of all levels; modifications will be shown for beginners. Classes will be held Mondays, 9:30 am; Tuesdays, 5:30 pm; Thursdays, 9:30 am.
Please bring a mat or large towel.
Join us every Wednesday morning for Storytime with Mr. Michael in the Childrens Department. Each week we highlight new and unique childrens books with fun activities.

Join knowledgeable Rangers for a guided kayak/canoe tour from Campbell’s Cove near the Sebastian Inlet. Learn about the Indian River Lagoon and the plants and animals that call it home.
Additional Information:
Meet 1-mile north of Sebastian Inlet, turn west at large brown state park sign and follow dirt road to the Inlet Marina.
Program status is dependent on weather conditions, so please call ahead to verify status.
The $20.00 rental fee includes a single or double watercraft, life jacket(s), paddles and the launch fee.
Participants who bring their own canoe or kayak must bring their own life jacket(s) and paddles.

Our Free Try It Class is a huge success!!! Lots of Kids and Adults learning how to ice skate with big smiles on their faces. Come Try It for FREE this Saturday. The class is from 10:45am to 11:15am and everything is included – lesson, skates and ice!!!
It’s first come first serve and we take a maximum of 20 participants so everyone gets plenty of great instruction!!!
Pre-teens and teenagers, ages 10 to 15, are invited to ice skate during open skate with Live DJ Diamond Dave plus enjoy arcade games, lighting effects and a snack bar. No loitering will be allowed. Only paid participants will be allowed in the building. Iceplex staff will monitor the entrance. Kids will not be allowed to leave and return.
